1:10 p.m. Rolling tour of Portsmouth Marine Terminal (PMT)

1:40 p.m. Depart PMT 

1:50 p.m. Arrive Virginia International Gateway (VIG)

2:00 p.m. Rolling tour of  VIG 

2:30/2:45 p.m. Depart for The Main

The tour is a concurrent Breakout
